Our Team
Dakota focuses on identifying and attracting top talent from organizations of varying sizes for his client’s most critical leadership roles. Motivated, reliable and determined, Dakota remains positive throughout the entire process and believes every experience provides learning and growth opportunities.
Prior to joining the team in 2018, Dakota recruited and placed Engineering and Security Clearance professionals in contract positions with aerospace and defense clients throughout the United States. He’s a member of the W-A Community of Young Professionals, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ottawa University.
Outside of work, Dakota enjoys racing, DIY projects and hanging out with his kids – including two Great Danes.
Katie oversees the organization’s recruiting team and operational infrastructure. Since joining the team in 2015, she’s played a pivotal role in streamlining recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency, and adapting business and recruiting strategy. Her leadership ensures we deliver consistent, high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management from Wichita State University. Her previous experience includes positions such as Branch Manager and Recruiter/Account Manager, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting industry. Katie’s dedication and impact in the professional services sector were recognized when she was honored as a ‘Women Who Lead’ by the Wichita Business Journal.
Outside of work, Katie can be found hauling boys to sports practices, lifting weights, or lost in a good book. She’s an avid lover of hard rock and metal music, iced coffee, and amateur baking.
Sheila brings a consultative and community-focused approach to direct hire and executive-level search. With a deep understanding of her regional market and a commitment to service excellence, she partners with employers to deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term organizational growth.
Sheila has built a reputation for her hands-on service approach, and ability to understand her market to deliver candidates who are not only qualified but aligned with the company culture and mission. She’s known for her integrity, responsiveness, and ability to make hiring feel like a partnership… not a transaction.
Outside of the office, Sheila is engaged in her community, actively supporting local youth development programs, contributing to community improvement efforts, and participating in regional business initiatives that help strengthen and grow the area.
Courtney specializes in strategic staffing and direct hiring throughout the Wichita Metro and surrounding areas. Known for her relationship-driven style and proactive approach, she works closely with clients to understand their long-term hiring needs and deliver highly qualified professionals who match their unique business goals.
Her leadership style is characterized by a people-first approach, fostering growth and achieving desired results by bringing insight and precision to every placement. She is passionate about building lasting partnerships with both employers and candidates and serves as a trusted market expert within her community.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors, attending local events, and volunteering with school and community initiatives.
Jason leads direct hire initiatives throughout North Central Kansas with a sharp eye for market trends and talent alignment. With years of experience supporting a wide range of industries, he’s well-versed in identifying high-impact candidates for a wide variety of roles.
Holding a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Strategic Communication, Jason is highly respected for his ability to turn complex hiring challenges into smart workforce solutions. His calm demeanor, analytical thinking, and commitment to quality have earned him strong relationships with business leaders across the region.
When he’s not supporting clients and candidates, Jason enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, and attending local community events with his family.
Shane plays a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering a high-touch recruiting experience for both clients and candidates. He supports day-to-day operations while actively recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring processes run smoothly and relationships stay front and center. With a hands-on, collaborative approach, Shane helps connect businesses with exceptional individuals and job seekers with opportunities that move their careers forward.
With over a decade in in operational leadership and recruiting niche talent, Shane brings a strong eye for efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement.
